Running is a great exercise. It strengthens your lungs, helps control high blood pressure, burns calories, and relieves stress. Running is what this 104-year old grandfather does to stay healthy.

Usain Bolt holds the world-record as the fastest man ever ran on 100-M dash with a time of 9.58 seconds. Stanislaw Kowalski from Swidnica, Poland also holds a world record for the same distance.

Stanislaw finished the 100-m dash run with a time of 32.79 seconds and became the oldest man to run in Youth Olympics in Wroclaw, Poland. He beat the previous record held by a Japanese man who finished the race at the age of 96.

"I feel like a new man” says the athletic grandfather.
