This Dog Paw-fectly Rides A Rolling Ball And Sets Another Guinness World Record
Purin, the super talented female beagle, has set another world record by smashing the Guinness World Records title for the ‘Fastest 10 meters travelled on a ball by a dog’.
The 10-year old talented pooch rode a rolling inflatable training fit ball for that distance with a time of 11.9 seconds.
Purin, owned and trained by Makoto Kumagai of Tokyo, Japan, shot to fame in 2015 after she displayed her goal keeping skills when she broke the world record for the ‘most balls caught by a dog with the paws in one minute’. The talented beagle saved 14 mini soccer balls, breaking her own record set a year earlier.
Craig Glenday, Editorin-in-Chief of Guinness World Records, says, “Purin is a superstar in her own right now having achieved double-record holder status with her latest exploits. Blockbusters! is full of superstars and their records – but from the world of pop culture. Justin Bieber is the youngest artist ever to achieve five #1 albums… but can he run 10 meters on a Swiss ball?”
