This Little Box Visualizes Tomorrow's Weather Condition

If the weather forecaster can’t help you visualize what the weather will be like tomorrow, then you might need this little box called the Tempescope in your room.

Designed by Japanese Google software engineer Kawamoto Ken, this cool invention shows upcoming weather conditions by simulating it inside this transparent box.

Ken describes it as “a box of rain in your living room”.

“The Tempescope is an ambient physical display that visualizes various weather conditions like rain, clouds, and lightning. By receiving weather forecasts from the internet, it can reproduce tomorrow's sky in your living room”, according to Tempescope’s website.

The Temescope started as a weekend project in 2012 when Ken first designed the prototype.
